“Bri-mazing” has been with the program for almost 2 years now. She arrived in good shape, but has taken her fitness to a very high level (even though she feels she was her most fit in 5th grade). Bri loves to travel and was recently in New York and Chicago, where she sent pictures of herself working out in the snow, amongst other places. Bri says the positive things about HIT Fit is, “It’s a group atmosphere, and everyone encourages each other. There are different times provided to work out, and there are always new challenges.” What would she tell others about HIT Fit? “The program works because of the trainers’ encouragement and it’s FREE!” Bam Bri!
