“I have been attending HIT Fit for 2 years. This April, I got serious about my health, changed my diet, and took on the 40 Session Summer Challenge. My overall goal was to run in the Mavericks’ Mud Run as a part of Operation Hostile Takeover, and not make a fool of myself. I am happy to say that I made it through, with a smile. In the process, I have lost 14 pounds and developed muscles I never knew I had. I am so thankful for Heritage providing free fitness that is challenging and fun.
